The Turkey Trot STL 5K course in Eueka is one of the St. Louis area's most unique courses. After a short distance spreading out on the flat, fast roads in front of the park, participants will wind their way through the amusement park, passing in front of their favorite rides and going "behind the scenes" to areas normally closed to the public. The course is certified for distance accuracy by USA Track & Field. The 1/2 Mile Youth Race course (not shown) is an out-and-back course along the last 1/4 mile of the 5K course. Wheelchair racers would be better served at TTSTL St. Charles or Downtown, which has a wheelchair-friendly course and a wheelchair race division. Children in courteously-driven strollers are welcome.Dogs are not permitted on course.
Race results are available here. Awards are awarded to the top 3 overall male and female 5K finishers and the top 3 men and women in the following 5K age groups: 12 & Under, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29,...,65-69, and 70 & Over. Winners who do not pick up their award from the Award Pickup Table after 8:45am can pick up their award at Fleet Feet Des Peres beginning December 5th.
Food Outreach is a St. Louis area organization whose mission is to provide nutritional support and enhance the quality of life for men, women, and children living with cancer or HIV/AIDS. In 2018, Food Outreach served nearly 2,000 members of our community and provided more than 532,000 meals.
Food Outreach is happy to receive all types of canned food donations but the following canned foods incorporate well into their nutrition center programs: Tuna Fish, Turkey, Chicken, Salmon, Corn, Green Beans, Mixed Vegetables, Mandarin Oranges, Pineapple Chunks, and Peaches. Please consider donating 1 or more of these specific items for your Turkey Trot STL donation to assist the charity with their mission.
